Sauvignon is a grape that has always given outstanding results in the Bologna hills area. At Tenuta Bonzara this grape is cultivated in the “Carrate” holding. The southern vineyard exposition enhances the grapes ripening process at its best. The skins maceration and the fermentation step –realized at controlled temperature- emphasize the grape characteristics contained in this wine. In the mouth it is soft and fairly persistent. Alcohol 13 % vol. approximately.
