Borgo di qua is the the name of the farm where the Bonzara's Pinot Bianco vineyards where planted. The yield per hectar doesn't go over 60 Ql. of grape To the soft crush follows a pellicular maceration at 7° for 1 night. The grape must fermentate at controlled temperature. The wine has floreal and fruity fragrance. The taste is persistent and caratterized by its fullness and freshness. Alcohol 12,5% approximately.
