Dedicated to the farm's founder, the Tenuta Bonzara's sparkling wine is obtained from "White Pinot" grapes. the bubbling process (Charmat method) is made entirely by the winery itself.
The wine's "perlage" is fine and persistent while its fragrance is typical and lightly aromathic. To the Taste it's pleasant and well equilibrated between freshness, acidity and volume. The sparkling wine Angelo Lambertini is shows itself with a"large based" elegant and dark bottle that contribues to valorize the wine's prestige. Alcool gradation is aroud 12%.
